A few things to know...

Word of Grace is excited to host this community focused time to share coffee and creativity. All entries to participate must be approved. We only have so much time and space on each night and will evaluate entries at a first come basis. If you would like to participate on multiple nights please fill out the entry form per night/media.
We will do our best to accommodate requests the night of as well if all slots aren't full.

Whatever you plan to share must be family appropriate, as this is an all ages, family friendly environment. We may ask you to provide lyrics if you plan to sing an original song, poem, or spoken word. On site we have a piano, amplifier plug in, small bongos, drum box, and microphone. We may not be able to accommodate requests for equipment but will try.

You confirm that your offering is family friendly, all age appropriate, does not contain derogatory or profane material, be it spoken word or imagery. The use of your art, pictures from event, video from event, and name - when sharing about the event on our social media channels. You also acknowledge that we reserve the right to refuse your submission. If there is a cancellation on one day we can not guarantee that we will be able to move you to another date. If you are sharing physical artwork please be sure it has an easel, command strip for hanging, or other method included. We will not be able to hang anything requiring nails in the wall.
